Adminstrative Rights

When a loved one goes missing, life and business must go on.I have a wonderful attorney that helped me get Administrative Rights. This enables me to make business decisions regarding joint property that Ron and I have.

I am in the process of combining our mortgage and a home improvement loan and refinancing for as long a period as possible. Instead of paying 2 notes, I will hopefully have 1 lower note that I can pay off when I am able to get a Presumptive Death Certificate and life… Continue

State Department ignores requests for forms necessary for Presumptive Death Certificate

I found out from my attorney today that after 6months of requesting the forms necessary to apply for a Presumptive Death Finding, she has had NO RESPONSE....in 6MONTHS!...This is so unacceptable, that I just don't have the words to say how I feel right now. Angry just does not cut it.
Our government is out of control and there is no one to be held accountable for their incompetance. How hard is it to respond to a request for forms??
