No reason that I can think of Richard. Talked to the American Cons. office today and they have the flyers out all around town so maybe we are finally getting them on the move.

Richard - Curious what you're thinking. I mean Juarez is a mess, but so are lots of other places in Mexico. The only reason I could imagine him going to Juarez would be to cross the border....

I can't think of any reason for him to go there to cross the border, he has a legitimate Passport Card issued here in Texas.
