Making some noise

As soon as I got home, I started emailing my Congressman, and Senators who have shown interest in the past. Within 2 hours I had responses from all of them. I gave them my US Consulate Agent's contact information. Apparently they contacted her, because I had an email in my box yesterday morning addressed to me as well as the Congressman and Senators. The US Consulate in Merida, Mx has not been contacted by The Netherlands. She asked that we give her contact information to the Dutch authorities and she could pass along the information. What is wrong with this picture? Our government agencies do not comunicate amongst themselves. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I did email the contact information to the Dutch Foreign Affairs, but it should not have to be this way. My Consulate agent did not even know if the US had been asked by the Mexican government to assist with the investigation. As many negative comments I have made about the Mexican government, it seems they are doing a legitimate investigation and actually are requesting help. This really seems to me a good sign that the higher level Mexicans are not as corrupt and are truly trying to find out what happened to Ronald that day. I pray that they are able to accomplish this in spite of the US Government. This morning I am wondering if this nightmare will ever end.
