Adriana: I wish there was something I could say or do. Please know you and your family are not alone. You are in the thoughts and prayers of many people around the world who know about your situation. When everything else goes, the most important part -- the love -- persists and grows. That's the most important thing I've learned.
I care for all who suffer the pain of such incredible loss..It is an unimaginable kind of pain those who have lost loved ones and have no answers.....I pray in support for relief, for answers, for sweetness and love to comfort your aching hearts...amen
And for the state department to act in a reasonable way in support of our citizens lost on foreign soil or water.. wherever, whatever, do there JOB!!
Hi Adriana, yes it's been a long time now. Haven't heard anything from Mexican officials nor the FBI. Soon I will get a picture of him from his wife so that I can upload it. As you can imagine his wife and his parents are devastated.
Welcome to MAP..my heart goes out to you and your family. My husband went missing in Xcalak, Mx April 11, 2009. I know something of what you are going through right now. We are here to help and support you. Be strong!...you have more strength in you than you think is possible.
Be persistant...call the US Consulate every day is you have to. Email Congressmen and Senators, the Mayor of Houston, anyone you can think of that has some clout. Keep records of who you call and when, so much is happening, it is easy to forget important things.
Take care of yourself and try to eat right and get rest. Prayer and meditation helps to calm your mind. Jeff is a wonderful resource..you are not alone!
