I know something of what you are going through right now. We are here to help and support you. Be strong!...you have more strength in you than you think is possible.

Be persistant...call the US Consulate every day is you have to. Email Congressmen and Senators, the Mayor of Houston, anyone you can think of that has some clout. Keep records of who you call and when, so much is happening, it is easy to forget important things.

Take care of yourself and try to eat right and get rest. Prayer and meditation helps to calm your mind. Jeff is a wonderful resource..you are not alone!
