Hi, I was going through the members page and saw that you were from Texas. I am sorry to hear about your cousin. My husband went missing in Mexico in 09. Are you in touch with the US Consulate? The Mexican officials? I have  not had much luck with the consulate,but the Mexican government will not turn over the findings of their investigation. I would be glad to help you any way I can. Welcome to the site. We are all here to help each other.
