  • Is Guanacaste Area a "Hot Spot" for Disappearances & Murders?

    We've only been at this for a little while -- if the data we've been able to obtain in the first decade of the 21st Century is any indication, we have 2 hot spots for disappearances: the Guanacaste area of Costa Rica and the area surrounding Isla de Roatan, Honduras. Are there more?
