Hey Jeff I have a case of an american that we believed to be Frederick Beau Mix in mexico but turned out not to be , however he is an american, he clearly has some mental disease, possible schizophrenia and he calls himself, "wallace" or Henry" I have pictures and would love you to share, because he is CLEARLY amaerican, in Monterrey MX and homeless. They call him "Henry the Gringo" we have met him and I would love to know if there is a family out there missing this beautiful blue eyed man. The mexican government does not care about him, he clearly is american, they know he is, he has no passport and they laugh at him. However the local people love him.
