Need to pin them down on that - and then raise the question whether Arturo is high-priority. If not,why not? What about Ron? How do they determine? What are the criteria? What are the standard operating procedures? Washington wont care about our cases until we're a bigger pain in the a$$ than the cartels and the illegals put together - and THAT requires media attention, which requires public outrage. Church groups; Latino organizations....there were three businessmen (Latinos) who disappeared about 5 months ago. I havent heard anything more. Play the race card - get these organizations calling the TV stations and writing to the papers. Get them commenting on the news websites.

I know this is easier said than done. That's why we need organizations. Leverage.

Did you know that the day Hartley was murdered cartel-related gangs were shooting at each other on the streets of Brownsville, within spitting distance of an elementary school? The cartels have brought the war to us, and Texas is the flashpoint. Texans need to ask WTF? With anger.....
