1 Arrest Made in Murder of Ed Moynan in Panama -- More Suspects at Large

Ludwig Vico Pereira, a 56-year-old Swiss national was arrested in the murder of Ed Moyan on Friday, Aug. 8.  Ludwig was in the Interpol list of wanted persons, as "Wanted by the Judicial Authorities of Panama’.

American Reported Missing in Costa Rica

Dutch Women, Missing in Panama, Confirmed Dead; Disappeared From Same Town Where British Tourist Vanished in 2009

The BBC reports that two young Dutch women who disappeared while on vacation in Panama have been confirmed dead. They disappeared from Boquete, the same town where Alex Humphrey -- missing since 2009 -- was last seen.

Missing Italian Tourist Found Dead in Cambodia; Suicide Suspected

A Happy Ending on Roatan (and How A Thoughtless Individual Screwed Countless People)

Last week, a U.S. citizen (whose name I will not mention out of respect for his family) pulled an idiotic stunt on the island of Roatan in the Bay Islands of Honduras. The vacationer, very intoxicated, got into an argument with his girlfriend and stormed out into the night without cash or his cellphone and didn't return.

Two Americans Disappear in West African Dictatorship

Alhaji Mamut Ceesay and Ebou Jobe are from The Gambia in Western Africa, and after more than a decade working in the states, and naturalizing as U.S. citizens, they decided to return to their home and start a business. Kentucky Man Apparently Abducted in Matamoros, MX
