Phill has been found in Mexico...thanks to a friend...They had moved and had no phone hook up ...so no computer,,,Her family has nothing like that and he is not friendly with anyone since he doesn't speak Spanish....Funny thing about this is that he is listed through the American Embassy there, who is suppose to notify all local police agencies of his missing status...Two weeks ago he was stopped my the local police because his car matched the description of a stolen vehicle. Police checked it all out and let him go!!!!!!!!!! He was not even aware that I had declared him missing. No wonder no one is found when they go missing in Mexico.

I am sorry to hear about your missing son, but every one of us here knows your pain. We are all frustrated and angry and upset that our government is not working harder to find our missing family members... We have found the best thing is to get the local media involved, your congressman, your senator.. notify the FBI and the American Consulate... the more people that know about him, the better are your chances. Please post recent pictures also to help in the search... you are in our thoughts and prayers....
