A 27-year-old man has confessed to killing US scientist Suzanne Eaton on the Greek island of Crete, a police spokesperson told CNN Monday (7/15). The local man had been detained by police for questioning, after the 59-year-old molecular biologist went missing July 2 while attending a conference.
