Patti I would say the Consulates office just over the border where you think he would have crossed into. That is where I would start.
Was he going to any one place on vacation or just going over on business?

Can someone tell me what US Consultate I should contact? My son lives in Huntington Beach, but is in Mexico and missing, possibly in Baja.
