USA Issues New Travel Warning for Honduras

Thank you, La Gringa's Blogocito, for flagging this change. The State Department doesn't exactly go out of its way to publicize new threats to U.S. citizens' safety and security when traveling abroad. Thanks also for providing the link to the previous warning -- you really need to peruse the old and the new side by side to figure out what has changed. I will be looking at this one, the previous, and the one before that and will report back here on whatever trend I might be able to extract in the evolving tone of U.S. State Department "guidance".
