Welcome to MAP... I'm sorry to hear your brother-in-law is missing in Argentina...
Your missing loved one needs to be reported missing to your local police department, and the FBI. You also need to report them missing to the consulate office in Argentina... http://argentina.usembassy.gov/emergency_services.html
Also, post as much information here as you can about your loved one, pix, stats, possible travel and interests....
