- What is your interest in the Missing Americans Project?
- A friend of mine, Phil Zlotchew, has been living in San Jose for several years. I recently heard from his family, whom I know well, that they are very worried because they have not heard anything from him for many months. I am trying to help them locate him.
I know approximately where he lived in San Jose and have some other info. The family has been in touch with the US embassy in San Jose, but so far he has not been found.
Any help you can offer will be appreciated.
