Welcome to MAP... You need to report him missing to the FBI, the police department, and the Consulate in Tijuana. http://tijuana.usconsulate.gov/service/contact-citizen-services.html
They will need recent closeup pix of him and all the details you can provide.. height, weight, age, coloring, etc., plus travel destinations, method of travel and so on.. and the sooner you can do this, the better chance they will have of locating him...
