He is my father. The last time I spoke to him was when he called me from Bluefields, Nicaragua on 9/11/10. We haven't heard from him since. I've gotten phone calls from a woman who is calling me from my Dad's cel phone, but we cannot communicate since I don't speak spanish. I've had a couple spanish speaking friends speak with her on the phone, but she is very vague. She's not volunteering much info except that someone tried to rob him & my dad was arrested. Per US Embassy, the police chief states there is no one by Tim Rayley, nor US Citizen in jail. Please let me know if anyone out there is able to let me know where or what happened to my Dad.
