What we know..

Owns aquarium/pet store in Matamoros, MX, and disappeared during the battles between the Mexican military and the Gulf Cartels and Zetas in that city, beginning on Nov.5, 2010. US Consulate has only ascertained that he is not in any hospital in that city or surrounding cities, and nothing more. They say they are not able to do any searching themselves but must rely on the Mexican authorities.

That's so good to hear. Whether the prayers worked for Deb or for us, they're a good thing. Let's keep them up for all the missing and their families.

I talked with Debbie's sister who saw her today and she is out of ICU and much improved. Thank you all for your prayers....

I had not been able to reach Debbie Parks, either online or by phone since Sunday night, but I finally reached her sister last night. Debbie is in ICU at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen TX with a bleeding ulcer. Apparently they were able to stablize her, but she needed two pints of blood. Please add Debbie to your prayer list so she can get well and continue her search for John. Thank you....
