Empty Boat Found Off Roatan

An approximately 30-foot boat was found off the West Bay Point of Roatan, Honduras. It's blue with twin Yamaha engines. Name on side is Rojo Caliente and the registration number is BZ2182.

I don't have too much info, although my source says the fact that the registration numbers are on it argues against it being a drug boat. Said it appears well made and maintained. I'll pass along your questions and if there are others I should ask please let me know.

Often boats such as these are used by drug smugglers and then set drifting on beached. What are the details?
Is it a fast boat or a fishing style boat? Does it have an open cargo area or does it contain a sleeping and living quarters?
