KGRV: FBI Says It Is "Monitoring" Cases of 5 Missing in Mexico

Here's the article.

Why only 5? What about the rest?

"FBI officials [say] until they can find proof of a crime, they can not get involved in the case."

Beautiful - we can't look for investigate until someone else investigates and gives us evidence. I've also heard the phrase "We need to be invited in."

The U.S. has a strong strategic interest in events in Mexico, and we send far too many tax dollars there in aid for our "leaders" to sit on their thumbs and "monitor". And Mexico is not the only place in the region where Americans and others are disappearing. What about them? Are the State Department and the FBI "monitoring"? What does that word mean? Demand answers and clarity. We pay these people we deserve a full accounting from them.
