Ah, you're a friend of Barbara's - welcome to the project. And just so you know, many of our families are non-U.S. I coined the name "Missing Americans Project" when I believed we were simply dealing with an indifferent State Department (and because I liked the MAP acronym). If I was starting it today, I would call it something different.
