Thank you, Nikomi. Over time we will be asking members to get involved in helping to bring about change in the way the U.S. government responds (or fails to) in these cases. We've found a nearly complete absence of standard operating procedures, as well as a lack of initiative and follow-through. I hope we can count on you and others to lend your voices to the effort.

Yes my friend is Leo Finley. I will continue to pray for his family and yours that you will be able to find out more about what happened to each of them.

Hi, Nikomi. Is your friend Leo Finley or someone else? We lost my brother in Honduras back in May, and we are working with several other families who have lost people in Central America in the months since Joe disappeared.
