Stephanie: Thank you for joining the project - I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Declared dead in less than 2 months? I can't imagine how that can happen - we have to wait until Joe is gone a year before we can even begin the process of seeking an "expedited" certificate of presumption of death. I will give you a call a bit later today, if that's okay.
