What is your interest in the Missing Americans Project?
Brit Eugene May, Caucasian male, 88yrs old, 6'2", slim. WWII veteran. Pilot, 1st Lieutenant, Army Air Core/ Air Force. Retired in Tamiahua, Veracruz, Mexico. He went missing from his ranch "El Tepalquillo" on July 26th, 2011. The American Embassy has been in touch with us but said they cannot send an agent out on the field to investigate a case so they contacted the Mexican police to keep track of the investigation by phone. We requested manpower to search the Ranch but so far no help has been given. The officer in charge of the case is Comandante Gilberto Frausto (A.V.I) and Jose Augusto de Leon Ulloa. Newspapers in Mexico have reported various negligent statements that have hurt the investigation. They Reported to the American Embassy that the Ranch was too hazardous to send a search party so they couldn't do anything but wait. I believe the idea that this could be an abduction by the cartels has everyone in a panic and therefore the police is playing the waiting game until a body turns out on its own.
