What is your interest in the Missing Americans Project?: I saw a guy on the streets of Dubai today. he was obviously homeless and looked in a bad way. I parked up and approached him with some water (it was 40 degrees today) which he didn't want. He said something and had an American accent and was obviously in considerable stress. He was barefooted and filthy and looked like he was ready to do something drastic. let me stress that homeless caucasian people DO NOT exist in the UAE, somebody must be missing this guy and I want to at least make a small effort to help hi, he was in his 20's with blong hair and a beard, with I think blue eyes but not too sure and probably around 6ft. I noticed he had a very long (and filthy) thumbnail, so he may be a guitarist.
