I'm afraid I can't help you get in touch with Leo's family...but if you're interested in background/context of the larger issue of U.S. citizens disappearing in Central America and their families' struggles to get help in the absence of U.S. State Department interest, I will be happy to talk with you. My brother, Joe Dunsavage, disappeared from Roatan, the same island in Honduras that Leo disappeared from, back in May. Several Americans have gone missing in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Panama in just the past several months. Pls feel free to contact me.
