Jacob Wallace, from Texas City was last seen on Friday, Jan. 17, 2014 around 4:30 p.m. on Delwin St. getting into a champagne colored GMC Yukon with plates BK10298 driven by Adam Ortega. According to the police Ortega was seen near the Mexico border on Jan. 19.
