We spent New Years in Times Square. Enjoyed celebrating this in honor of Ronald and his love for fireworks and celebration!

Comment by Cynthia Scheepstra on January 29, 2013 at 9:53pm: It is official, The US State Dept denied my request for a Presumption Of Death on Ronald. In the state of Texas, I have to wait the full 7 years. After that, I am not sure what will happen. They actually recommended I go through the Mexican legal system. Mind you, Mexico won't even release a copy of their "Investigation" to me or to the US Consulate despite numerous official requests. I have no money to pay a Mexican attorney....who would just probably just take the money and run...I am beyond frustrated and disgusted.....and sad.

Comment by Cynthia Scheepstra on June 25, 2012 at 5:21am: I am currently in The Netherlands, visiting Ron's family. We don't get to see each other very often, and I am so glad I could be here for my sister in law's 50th birthday celebration. It is bittersweet of course, since Ron is not here.
